Food

I already mentioned I studied advertising, but not that I'm not really that interested in a job at an advertising agency. I don't want to sound arrogant or anything, it's just that I don't want to make people buy this specific brand of toilet paper, or worse to make them buy gross food. That really is a step too far.

I just love food too much. I mean gravy, roasted vegetables, crunchy walnuts, chocolate! Maybe not as a combination, or.. hmm maybe I'm on to something here. Okay you see food is awesome, it's tasty, you can make whatever you want, play with form, taste, smell, you put it in your body and what happens there I don't fully understand but it's really interesting. And I think the only thing better than pulling hearty pumpkin buns/ roast chicken/ sticky espresso caramel brownies out of the oven is seeing the faces of my family/ friends light up when they take their first bite. That's what I think is important and I would rather advertise those things.

So after I graduated last year, I tried to find a way to combine my love for food and creative communication. On the way I met a few nice people and found some interesting companies, but in the end they were not able to hire me. (darn recession!) Well, thats the story till so far. And now you know you can expect a lot of food related posts around here.
